I tried unsuccessfully twice to request this sample (once on my computer and once on a friend's). Both times after filling out and submitting the form, I was given a webpage with lots of strange (to me) information that began with a phrase like this "creation time in the timestamp cannot be in the future."

I am really sorry that you have not been able to request this sample. I have double-checked the link from 3 separate computers w/ 3 different servers and did not have any problems with it. My "computer guy" suggested that the problem may have been a temporary issue at the Carmex site, and that you should try again. He also suggested that you try copying the link (http://www.mycarmex.com/request-a-sample/default.aspx?) and pasting it into your browser. If that fails, email me your info and I will request the sample on your behalf.

Thanks for the info. I did try again, with the same result. I then decided to send them an email through their "contact me" page. I filled in all the info, hit submit and got a similar weird page with the phrase "dangerous request" at the top. Maybe it is that I am using Firefox and their site doesn't like it...not sure. I appreciate your help and the offer to request a sample for me. It is just not worth the trouble. Also, I did not realize until afterwards, but I was not signed in when I originally commented.

I use Firefox, too, so I know that your web service is not the problem. I honestly don't have a clue. If you change your mind just send me an email. It's not a problem at all.

Thought I would let you know that my husband decided to try this last night very late and was successful in his request for a sample.
